These terms explain the rules for using AussieReady. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. We have kept the language simple and clear.

AussieReady is NOT affiliated with the Australian Government. Our platform is an independent study tool based on official materials.

In simple terms: Choose between a one-time payment for 1 year or a flexible weekly subscription. Both give you full access to all features.
AU$14.99 one-time payment. Access lasts for 1 year. No auto-renewal — you choose when to renew.
$4.99 billed weekly. Automatically renews every 7 days. Cancel anytime.
In simple terms: If you buy the one-time plan and fail your official citizenship test, we refund you in full — provided you meet the conditions in our Pass Guarantee Terms. The weekly plan is non-refundable but you can cancel anytime.
If you sit your official Australian Citizenship Test and do not pass, we will refund your One-Time Plan in full subject to the eligibility, claim, and anti-abuse conditions set out in our Pass Guarantee Terms. The Pass Guarantee Terms are the controlling document for refund claims and prevail over any summary in this section.
Key requirements include (without limitation): completing at least 10 timed Mock Tests at 90% or higher each, taking the official test within 14 days of your most recent practice session and within 1 year of purchase, and submitting the claim within 30 days of receiving your DHA Result Notice. Refunds are limited to one per person. Once a refund is issued, your Premium access is revoked and you are not eligible for the Pass Guarantee on any future purchase.
Weekly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and your access continues until the end of the current paid week.

AussieReady is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for any non-excludable rights or guarantees, we do not give any express or implied warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that practising on Aussie Ready will result in any particular outcome on your official Australian Citizenship Test.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of AussieReady is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or test outcomes, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a non-excludable consumer guarantee applies and we are permitted to limit our liability for breach, our liability is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied.
The Pass Guarantee described in these terms and in our Pass Guarantee Terms is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
In simple terms: You can leave at any time. We may close accounts that break these rules.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your Account Settings page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. This does not affect any non-excludable consumer right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the law of the Australian state or territory in which you reside.
